I'll be also voting NO if given the chance to vote.
I cannot see any reason why the Directors are hanging this SharePrice out to dry other than to suit themselves for a cheap placement.
Like I said, my mail is very good and this project is also supposedly very good, providing they get it right. My mail isn't coming from a Director but someone who knows the Tapan Project very well.
Only time will tell.
