Unlikely to be either IMO they haven't got conversion plants to take it, my bet would be battery makers in China or Korea....where the big OEM's may become involved is with Moblan.
The VW battery plant in Canada won't open untill 2027 , by that time we will be producing Carbonate at NAL and Moblan hopes to have a concentrator by then. PLL has the first option on any concentrate over and above whats used by the Carbonate plant at NAL
Whoever takes our concentrate at NAL has to be able to use it starting in 2 or 3 months not years....
Dougal has stated previously it will go to China
