Yes Billja. Surely there has to be a S/H vote on issue of shares & options to him.. I will be strongly against anything for him also Voting Against Him. I also cannot see any benefit he brings to PCL. What annoys me is he has been here 5 minutes & gets all his Options etc for nothing. Wish I could get a GIG like that... He has done it once - He is able to do it again.. Leopards do not change their spots.. My Trust is Zero.. just saying how it is.. cheers D
