It has been adjourned till next Tuesday. On this day, Clee will have a full day in court and a ruling will be done on Wednesday. As of Wednesday next week we will know 100%. If Clee is not successful, they will be pulling out of everything. PWC is still contesting saying all offers need to be considered - even though creditors would get paid 100 cents in the dollar with what is on the table. The talk of needing funds for second Tranche of IDSB is mute at the moment. AG licence not renewed and when/if it is renewed we still have 60 days after that to make the payment, so I don't think this cost should come into it, as we woud have plenty of time to raise that money of needed.
The issue is the $2M bill coming from the subsidiary - this is such a joke.
Also, the other company now bidding has a director by the name of Chow Zee Neng. Seems like a corporate hand for hire. He is listed on a bunch of companies, seemingly as him being the only shareholder. Also has Ariv Capital and Ariv Global Capital, plus a few others below. I can't see what value this person would add to IOU and am worried about who is behind their funding

And this is supposed to be someone bidding for IOU. Not saying you can;t be a director or shareholder of different companies, but just look at the set-up of all of these and assess for yourself. Apparently PWC sees nothing wrong
