That graph is based on SC 5.7. As we all know from the past 9 months, PLS has produced more tonnage at lower grade SC 5.4 (financial decisions, volumes over grade to make more profit). And even with current capacity of 580KT, PLS is forecast to produced between 600-620KT over the current financial year, at lower SC grade.
So we don't really know what will happen in 2 or 3 years time, but if PLS can produce 600-620KT at lower SC 5.4 now (P580), it is also likely PLS would produce 1MT+ at P1000 capacity, maybe at lower grade, to maximise profit.
I guess time will tell.
