    With no covenants to worry about I'm not sure why they need Hedging. Maybe its good if the $12,500 price stops them from locking it in in accordance with the hedging agreement as soon as the funding is finalised.

    Hedging in a market that has a lot of tail winds that are likely to drive the price up doesn't seem like a good idea.

    Maybe it's better to be sure than sorry?
