Surely Lake’s contractor/s are running some sort of sophisticated project management software?

This software is real-time and live.

The project management software will capture and recognise any overruns, with every detail that contributes to the cost-estimate model.

Simply report its outputs, plus a margin for labour, equipment, and parts shortages etc. (which should be included in the software).

I doubt we need to wait for DD to get a calculator and calendar out, and manually adjust a spreadsheet.

Lake have a fair and reasonable idea…and have always had a fair reasonable idea…of where the timeline and deliverables are at.

But that’s just my opinion of course…and I’m usually wrong
