    Without giving advice etc..... I believe the $1.07-$1.10 is described as a "distribution of capital". This makes sense as dividends are paid from profits(which there are zero). This would imply the $1.10 won't be taxable but would lower your cost base when working out any capital gains/losses. Again, not advice ...just trying to help. gl
