Fully agree with everything you have said Bundalee just being positive about property (i.e. not believing in 40%+ whole market crashes) here though is seen as bullish.

Yep I would not expect anyone to live in a house if I was not willing to live in it myself. That said I will buy the biggest piece of rubbish I can find if I think I can easily and cheaply transform it into something that I would be willing to live in.
