You may be correct but the $208 million doesn't stack up with the cash burn at present. You may be able to trade this one but long term survival requires a much higher throughput than any previous ramp up has achieved. The problem is that those that live there tell me the saving is not material and that above 30000 vehicles per day the pressure on the other routes isn't there. The biggest concern was that when it was free and everyone was using it at 60000 it was choked up - yes maybe that will improve when its just a regular road but unless the airport link can help and it may just be too long a wait.
Anyway good luck I do think you can trade it but I also think there are better plays.
