Exactly. And an arms length process might not even choose processing GMD ore as the best way forward for DCN. A pre-determined outcome (deal with GMD) would by definition not be arms length, which was my original point. All the posters here who think GMD can just process ore seem to assume that the normal situation, in which it is hard to get a processing deal on terms which do not favour the mill, won't apply because GMD own 80% of DCN. But that is exactly what cannot happen. The terms have to what is best for DCN ... they can't be GMD mates rates.
