OAU were well aware. They have been in the business for a long time. $5m covered as part of the raise was from a Director funding operations from his own pocket to avoid the dilution of going to a financier. Regrettably, operations did not garner support from shareholders and OAU had no option other than going to the broader market. I believe the directors did their very best to avoid dilution.

So, here we are now, diluted to blazes but refinanced. If the price is 'capped for a while yet' - that's OK with me I am buying.

We are looking good in my opinion for near-term news on lode repeats of the historical rich Crown Prince mine.
