Paul stating Q2 to me is merely an indication that there is nothing holding them back, all agreements to meet their requirements are in place so it can come anytime. The US is messed up when it comes to its supply chain but given no critical minerals can be sourced from China come 2025, the US must change direction and become more pro mining. Priority for them right now is raising the debt ceiling so fingers crossed they sort that out or we are all screwed. Q2, Q3 or Q4, approvals will come I believe so worth the wait.
