Loki, you raise a very valid point that should be discussed in depth, regardless of how insensitive it seems, to talk money at this time. Perhaps the least we can do is to start a new thread for that discussion.

I'm sure some long term holders who have spoken with Frank many times are also in a bit of shock. A very sad day indeed, especially for Frank not to see his baby to fruition, aside from the obvious personal family pain.
