There are three excellent analysts' reports available on NRZ. I think the following report is excellent and easy to follow, although now a little out of date.

Please read it carefully, note in particular the share price, the urea price, the number of shares on issue, and the base case. Do a few sums and see what sort of "fair value" you come up with.

I think that, at this critical stage, it is important that you get up the speed as soon as possible to support your assumptions.

Also, Fitch, for future gas prices and urea prices, is worth a look.
