It would seem a little rash to sell out right now given how undervalued it is.

I dont know the exact cash postition right now but the last quarterly had it at 23mil/139m units = 16.5cps.
What is the likely value of the resourse?
perhaps 10% for inground value?
4mil oz x AUD1400 / 139m unit / 10 = $4.03 per share

I'm not experienced at valuing & perhaps there's a +- factor for how advanced the development is & at least $100 leeway on POG.
