At face value it's a great deal.
My only concern is that there have been some funny business going on in west Africa involving Chinese firms taking projects from western companies. This is particularly evident in the iron space.
As long as management progresses this project and don't give too much information away to the off-take partner it should go well. Too many companies sat on quality projects and didn't progress to development only for their partner companies to go behind their back.
