There are more risks than capital raises. Both VUL and LKE are going to see more capital raises in the future. VUL is located in Germany who are very pro clean energy solutions and are a stable country politically. Argentina however are in an exceptionally high inflationary environment which makes them politically risky and costs to build are inflated also. VUL have a pilot plant, LKE do not. I could go on but I have limited time this morning. Hopefully that is the response you were after.
