Regarding the "pre offer levels of around 35c". The SP was approx. 35 cents for a 2 week period. It was at 60 cents a month prior and looking at the chart appears to have averaged 50 cents over the past year or so.

The LI price dropped over 60% and is only just recovering. If there had not been a bid 35 ish cents is where ESS would probably still be.
