Quite simply Gimme if you think about it - if Clee had wanted to action on those points 1 & 2 - they would already have done it way back in November 2022 when Clee went to confront Aaron and IOU at their office.
They would have already applied to court there and then - why did they go off on an entirely different tangent to what you have proposed?
Does it make any sense?
