    Have no idea why you continually push the proposition that 'MIN have a foot on the throat of ESS'. Nobody has a foot on ESS' throat'. 20% doesn't afford that. It's a blocking stake to an alternative suitor yes but not a controlling stake. As ESS have themselves pointed out, MIN cannot disrupt any commercial agreements for progressing their projects. The only way MIN can put a foot on ESS's throat as you say is to table an offer & that's where I'm confident this will end one way or another. ESS still hold a stronger position in any negotiations with MIN. If MIN wants a place at the table in dictating the future of ESS, it needs to pay up for a place at the negotiating table
