DXB are gunnahave to pull a rabbit out of the hat to get the SP to 8c before the close ofthe Cap Raise to make it attractive for SH to want to unquestionably participate? Do they have one?

With thecurrent SP at ~7.3c - the two for one options (unlisted and listed) supposedsweetener still does not make participation look that attractive. The immediate value of the oppies would struggle to be equal to 0.8c in value. Sure, if/when the Ph3 trial is a success then bingo those oppies will be in the money but it is a bit hard to swallow paying 8c for a share with diluted freebie oppies when the market isn’t that excited to purchase the heads on market at a discounted 7.3c.

It is a direposition we long term SH are in and if there is poor take up on the SP as theknock on effect is then to the health of the Co. itself. I am concerned of how they plan to get out of this quagmire they have created.
