I cant join the dots on this one, i dont know the day to function of a product qualification facility post initial testing of product or feedstocks. Is nsw a hub where graphite feedstocks are tested. Again, comms from mgmt has failed, they have not told shareholders 'why' NSW. Than ann was all filler no killer (aside from 2 sentences).
