I'm hesitant to re-post word for word as I don't want to get pinged for infringing copyright or whatever. It was just a short note and the main gist of it was talking about the changeover from perpetual to annual licensing, and how they believe it's becoming a better business. Not sure if they've changed their assessment - I'm not familiar with their previous assessments.
