Suggest you keep a copy of the proxy and if possible scan and send it to Cuzo, the registry should be conducting the proxy tally and doubt funny business as they can be taken to task if not conducted properly.
Also ensure your name is clearly identified with SRN or what ever you have on registry.
Sing and date it with your name printed underneath signature.
You don't have to nominate a proxy holder but ensure you tick the boxes correctly and the vote can't be altered by the chairman of meeting.
Someone from shareholders group should attend and have a copy of proxy forms copied to Cuzo and insist on being a scrutineer then double check forms on hand are in tally to make sure all kosher.
