Nothing will happen to the share price until the factory is built and the first mining is announced. This will be the first real jump in the share price without speculation.
When the silver price reaches USD 30, and it may take even the next 5 years, because maintaining a cheap stebra is needed for the green transformation - the shares of all companies with silver in their names will speculatively go up in line with the trend.
So what you wrote is not very comforting
