the last sentence of todays announcement states that Formal Documentation is expected to be released within the next 3 days - so "exclusivity" may and in my opinion probably will be granted within this documentation - which is highly encouraging as Telstra thereby place a high value on the products potential trying to block other parties from access.

on that note though, i'm still unsure weather the Trading Halt will be lifted tommorrow or weather PIE will move into suspension until the documentation is finalised & released...
