I remember when this all blew up a yr ago someone saying it's around 12 month wait for hearings, given they were meant to have the first one in April that is delayed, then this new one will be early next yr I'd assume. it's a stalling tactic, bleed AVZ dry, have us delisted then offer a bag of peanuts for the lot
