Unfortunately I have to agree with everything you've said.

Bruce had plenty of the credits in the bank thanks to the great work he's done but he is in the process of undoing all of that good work.
It was a red flag for me the fact that the development timeline wasn't included in the last presentation and I actually emailed our investor relations guy and Bruce asking why it wasn't there and wasn't provided with a satisfactory reply.

If you're prepared to publish a tentative timeline you need to at least come close to meeting those milestones, this is a big miss! Offtakes and financing should have been sorted over a month ago and we should be looking forward to starting the plant build in the next quarter.....NOT HAPPENING

Also, if you're going to miss those deadlines, you must provide an explanation to your SHs as to why, i.e.:-

- we didn't follow through on the MOU with Tetra for the boron because....
- we couldn't get the offtakes done in the 1st Qtr 2023 because...
- we couldn't get the financing done in the 1st Qtr 2023 because...

The public as a rule is very forgiving if an explanation can be provided but conversely will turn on you if their trust in the company is betrayed.

I'll continue to support ASN because I do think it will be a multi billion dollar company but I'm not at all happy with the way things are progressing or not progressing right now and the punters have also spoken - lithium prices rising rapidly but unlike some of the other lithium companies out there, our SP is not rebounding but still stagnating around the 20c mark
