Pear, i agree regarding due diligence, not like there is inventory to count, i mentioned this clause earlier, not sure what possible due diligence there is to do and what regulatory approval do they need?
perhaps this was thrown in as the last possible escape clause if T1 and T3 dont come up trumps, or the last delaying tactic before a CDU JORC announcement, boy, i have a sneaky mind sometimes.
