do we really need a 5 1/2 mill product test plant, how many years are we going to be testing for! and would it not be better placed somewhere where we are building a production facility. or are we actually just finding a CSIRO test facility? we really need to see something more on this especially given we have had nothing since Kwinana was scrapped and now suddenly Govt funding. I don't think I have seen a company (who have been told time and time again) with such terrible SH communication!
