Wingedwarrior I know that you have the goods in this statement:

"Surely there is always 'something' that management can do if they really are determined and really focussed on the main event?"

This is so true, just one simple example is to give the shareholders an update on WOWO. It does not have to be long or really detailed.

They spoke about the setting up of the infrastructure last time roads etc, well what is worng with giving us and the market an update. This in turn shows the PNG mining board that they are keen.

There are also other ways to get the PR working for example:
We have found some funding for the PFS etc for when the lease is renewed.

Time for action I say:
Emails
Phonecalls
Slow mail

To the Company. Just my thoughts.
