No. Consider "the Voice" referendum. The outcome of a Yes result will be 1) the water rights will gradually be shifted to Aboriginals. Sure, farmers can use water but they'll have to pay the price. 2) Land ownership (as in, private property rights), is no longer protected by the Australian Constitution.
