Stumacca, While I too believe a bill of rights is something this country needs and deserves (and I am disgusted with the way that Rudd hoodwinked us into believing he would promote this idea), it could be argued that it hasn't done the USA much good. You have there, one of the highest incarceration rates in the world, you have capital punishment and you have a basic wage that is virtually impossible to live on and which divides the economy into an inequitable duality.
