investors that understand the lifecycle of businesses would realise that fbr is at the startup stage. Cash burn, zero revenue, zero profit, share solutions as debt financing is not available due to interest serviceability requirements are all part of this type of investment. At this stage it’s all about the story founders tell, the addressable market, the competitive advantage, the investments made now and in the past for future profit. The value in fbr is not in the profit they are currently making or revenue bring earned now but in the value of their capitalised and non capitalised r&d and the value of their competitive advantage.
investors should try inform themselves better about the type of investment they are making.
