Maybe because I concentrate on interpreting announcements in the light of past experience (and actually taking them literally instead of applying my own interpretations) rather than learning off by heart obscure sections of the Corporations Act.
If the company had actually put s. in front of the 708 it would have made sense. As it is it makes the co. anns. even more difficult. You just never know when they've left two characters out! Do they mean "successfully fracced" or "unsuccessfully fracced"? Commercial or uncommercial? Commercial or comical? LOL.
