I agree with your sentiment in general re, though I feel your comments re options with Meteoric are somewhat partially un-informed or mistaken.

Options are issued, particularly the options we're seeing excercised recently, are largely historical from prior CR raising in years past, or performance rights from years past. I myself have MEIO options inhertied from an SPP (CR including retail holders) which I partricipated in

The way Meteoric structures performance shares/rights however, is designed to incentivise performance, generally with milestones to be delivered - as with the performance shares included in the aquisition agreement with Togni, which vest when milestones are met.

Some of these being excercised now are from years ago, during CR's for past projects, so I don't share major concerns for these. Particularly when the volume only adds a fraction to SOI from where we were previously. Regardless of these, I think the market will swallow them without much impact moving forward in the long term.

We can all comment on how these are structured, but at the end of the day when the team at Meteoric including Togni and others have delivered significant wealth to shareholders with the unbelievable opportunity Caldeira presents - I think they're due compensation according to the agreements shareholders voted for in the past.

There are plenty of examples where there is actually a concern re lifestyle companies - but I think it's incorrect to label Meteoric as such. As far as I'm concerned - and as a long term holder - the runs are on the board and proof is clearly in the pudding IMO.

With Sprott and co sharing the news overseas soon, the penny is dropping on how significant this project is, and todays activity on the market seems like it's sooner than I expected!
