he invested his money already hahaha
i think this company has a good competitive advantage. they truly have an asymmetry landscape in term of competition and it is not typical gas or oil exploration project.
know-how or technology edge, upstream and downstream in one area, huge gas reserve (what is the monetary value this alone worth?) cost advantage given how the company proposed structured [Gas - power utility - Urea], all of these have their own commercial value (i.e. joint venture with China for gasification).
if this project up and running, this will open up more opportunity for other project to come (China, Chile, etc). they have the IP and know-how.
now is the latest other important task, "to secure a correct deal".
IF somehow they secure a bad deal (i.e. funding 1/2 of 30% of fund with current share price .06), all that benefit++ (above) will be offset by this bad deal and shareholder will be left with nothing including directors. (it is a no brainer).
that's why having director invested or has ownership in a project is good.
better to let them have enough time to secure a correct deal for all party.
