Since when did this stock and it's threads become such a mud slinging match? Its embarrassing.
I remember many years ago in Year 3 - there was a girl competing for the maths prize against me, (this was no Fields Medal competition, more like a race to who could complete some computer generated times tables the quickest), the rivalry was so heated I can recall the ferocity of battle turning personal whereby she probably poked me in the arm or I pulled her hair in retaliation... I draw similarities between the to and fro between some of the parties in here, where you completely lose sight of the objective.
May I suggest to stop the thread clogging bitter feuds of righteousness that we simply focus on the facts, figures, opinions and interpretations of material data as we see it without it being a direct rebuttal to a previous post just to boost ego and self interests.

if you'd like to challenge, debate or even get clarification, ask for it, but the hissyfit accusations are making these threads a bore.
We definitely have an outspoken individual amongst the group, a cat amongst the pigeons even, however seemingly very knowledgeable, I'd has it a guess more so than majority of us, me anyway, thorough and detailed within their views and for one, it's helped me better understand and even forecast the price movements days ahead rather in the spur of the moment where I may fall prey to a bad purchase - and also have a much better understanding of what DRE are accomplishing at least in their REs pursuit (not always from the shiny market terminology that headlines announcements).
You can have clear DREamers like
@Green Bull who is equally as knowledgeable and detailed, covering the whole portfolio of DREs tenements in the most positive of views but to have an equal an balanced standing there must also be the realist borderline pessimistic view (or the downramper) who sees through the glistening lights that may just be there to blind you.
Somewhere in the middle I'd imagine the truth lies.
Just because GB says this stock is HOT I would not suggest refinancing the family home to get behind this for the future, and just because 2ic says it's NOT, then equally I wouldn't rip out a portion of my life savings in fear.
I have never seen a personal attack from 2ic and I for one value his commentary very much.
I don't know them/him/her. I'll make that clear.
However there has been a huge amount of backlash and attacks sent his way, which I'm sure would all just be water off a ducks back, but let's put aside the keyboard warrior plays (which soak up most of our mornings and day as we sift through the rubbish to find some worthwhile material to research - much like DREs augers lol) and get back to legitimate threads of knowledge, experience and opinion.
(May I just point the gun at myself and realize that when I press post this will become the biggest clogger of the lot lmao)
