I'm happy with the gold interest because although the gold price has taken a bit of a hit in the last few days, the long term prospects look good.
What I'm not too excited about is REEs. They are actually not that rare, and they are very costly to separate and process, so very few companies actually make any money from them.
QS looks good, but the cash position is concerning.
As others have suggested, JVs for the non-core projects, and maybe sell off one or two when they reach marketable status.
