You do realize that involved a ZERO cash transaction. All that happened is they met the terms of agreement between LKE and Lilac.
Given Lilac do not own a lithium asset, they currently are a service provider. Lilac is currently a private company. Until now, they have raised funds via VC. The last raise was $150M back in 2021. What is the remaining balance of those funds? Don't know.
Lilac now own the rights to 20% of the Kachi project. Lilac call the shots at Kachi as evidenced in the dispute and it's resolution.
