I'm quite certain IHL listed via reverse-merger on the ASX. That means it adopted it's ticker as opposed to started a brand new one, that's why you see a long history if you look it up.

If memory serves correctly we started out as "Impression Healthcare" no longer ago than at the latest, 2016/2017. There have been dilutions, but not 35 times at all, and the company under it's current management is a much different beast when founded. It used to be a mouth guard and CBD oil play, now it's an advanced stage pharmaceutical bio-tech with the world's largest portfolio of medicinal marijuana intellectual property.

i would suggest reading this Capital Raising Presentation from last year for a good overall summary of why we are invested to this stock, and after that, if you yourself are further invested i.e. interested as any holder should be, then you'll be happy with all of the developments made thus far into 2023 - mainly Psychennex and trial developments.
