    Just waiting...

I agree with the line of thought, I think W27 that MINs take over of ESS won't really shift the dial for MIN share price that much, our MC is only 1% of MIN MC.

The future is ESS ground for MIN, exploration on the prospective ground that is a large coherent tenement package following the LCT margin in the regolith. Shown to be fertile for Li and Cs, and amazing combination not seen too often at these sorts of deposits. The ground needs a good beating by a a company with deep pockets, a greater than 50MT resource is a possibility,

Initial medium sized open pitiable lithium resource ~$1B worth, that is open at depth, near infrastructure and other Lithium developments in the region. Easy shipping from Esperance. Location is almost as good as Greenbushes, highways and workforce, expansion potential.

MIN and IGO and/or TLEA both wanting ESS, TLEA maybe mopping up shares in the last few weeks, I would hope someone else as well, Gina, South32.... who knows. Really don't understand why S32 hasn't been more proactive in WA for Lithium, ESS would be a good start for S32 to get its toes wet in an area of the world it knows very well with 5 fold exploration potential. S32 needs to stump up somewhere...

A shareholder vote wouldn't be required for off-take agreement. MIN at ~20% would just have to lump it as far as I understand, given other directors trigger.

Glad MIN share price is a little battered even though I am a shareholder as I feel only temporary and this dip will allow us a ESS shareholders a better scrip ratio
