certainly nothing more than anecdote. and understanding it just a smart aggregate. but was bored one day and hit chatgpt from all angles about filamentary reram. ol mate AI was of the opinion that filamentary reram with similar characteristics that 4DS chasing would be extremely challenging but massive if successful. it was only aware of two companies. one which is defunct/on sold and seemingly not furthering development. the other was 4DS.
i also asked it to calculate the weight of a certain steel structure i was building and it was out by several orders of magnitude. Fkn AI.
