"Please find attached the results of our recently completed well tests. I am very pleased to advise that both Orita 2 and 4 wells have passed their safety and well integrity tests. This allows us to move into well clean out and flow testing, in preparation of our JORC compliant resource report. We cannot be certain of exact dates, as this is predicated by next stage permit approval, but we anticipate completion of this next phase of works, on or about end of June. We will update you on results, once they are to hand."
Some of the detail in the report suggests some corrosion in some sections needs to be cleaned out prior to flow testing but it looked like the wells will be good for flow testing. That was the aim. I'm guessing new wells would be drilled for commercial production but these flow tests from these wells will give us the JORC which will add value for us well before commercial production and the company is reportedly likely to be bought out so we won't be worrying about or paying for production wells.
