It may be likely, but I don't believe 'everyone' sees it as "inevitable" that we (current share holders) will benefit from the mine at all, at least there is still significant doubt in some minds IMO.
I certainly believe the coal will be sold, huge money will be made, but I also have a very healthy scepticism (and personal experience) of business in Indonesia, especially when locals are dealing with foreign companies.
History up there is littered with companies that have set up and built solid businesses only to be ripped off, or even destroyed by local partners and others. Lies are common, it truly is a dog eat dog environment to do business.
As I have said before, all the wishing and hoping that it is just taking more time etc. may well be 100% correct, but to disregard the risk that builds everyday that sales do not commence, is foolhardy IMO.
