Be careful guys - I have followed KBO for many reasons over the years and even more closely after the new directors came on board. Before recent raising, KBO only had 2000 in the bank. Raising was at a huge discount (again).

This has not come out yet, but Flavelle is also on the board of heritage petroleum (Canada) listed on the London Exchange. Company address is in Monaco. KBO is now dealing through (paying) Heritage for European prospectives.

In my opinion, KBO has become a Sydney stockbroking cash cow where the company is slowly being wound down and being paid out to Heritage. They barely have no oil and the premise of new discoveries in Italy (what a joke) is a a smokescreen for
their salaries and super to be ongoing and also helping some of their wiley mates make easy money through basic raisings. This company was a prospector but is now as dodgy as they come.
