no, they will maintain a very healthy cash balance so they are net cash through the cycle. Whilst they are holding that cash, it makes sense to hold it in fixed income
If they maintain a healthy cash balance through the cycle they can pick up assets when coal is at $50USD a tonne and other miners are going bankrupt
