aja has been one of the few stocks to hold up in recent weeks despite sell off in everything else.
value is there but finally this week sell down is starting.
japan a lot of negative press this week
to buy hold or sell?
other reits like cer and vpg down this week.
playing it day by day but aja is one at the top of my list of preferred holdings to accumulate for the future
just wish i could pick the perfect timing for this one.
anyway enjoying the thread and suspect time is close for those who try and pick the bottom.
