Putting this into an analogy, a random waitress can say they are pursuing an acting job in Hollywood. How much money would you bet on that scenario materialising, without knowing the odds?

And back to this case, without any info about the likelihood, how is it a logical deduction that it is a 100% certainty that there won't be a cr? How about last time when they said "no CR before DFS"? I'm pretty sure a lot in this forum had acted on that statement.
